I don't think there was an announcement, if so I would guess Invelos would have removed the links to the App Store... But yes, I also did find that it is (currently) not available in the Store.

Could it be released to the announcement earlier this year, that Apps had to follow certain updated requirements (required to be 64 bit or something like that), which DVD Profiler for iOS does not comply with...? Not sure, maybe Invelos will comment at some point.

I hope it comes back soon and will be updated, we all paid for it...this is not just a 0.99 cent app....

Anyone been able to contact Invelos?  It B.S. they haven’t commented about our posts.  I need to install the app on my new iPad anyone found a way to install the current version on an IOS with an archieved verspb

If you bought it you should be able to install removed apps from your purchase history. See the guide here:

That is usually true, but not in this case. The app has been completely removed from the store. Something that the developer or Apple can do if they so wish.

Well great. That means the app will be gone too for me when I upgrade my iPhone soon.

I believe if you backup and restore using iTunes or at least the version with the app store still built in (do it on another computer or account so you don't lose your old settings) you might be ok. Not 100% sure.

Good news, this is not correct what you wrote:

I just installed DVD Profiler on my iPad, it DOES show up in the purchase history.

So if you bought it once you are fine.
