I managed to lose my top toolbar.  How do I get it back?

Basically, I was making a cover thumbnail wallpaper, so I hid every bit of the interface I could, and of course now I can't do anything, including reset the layout.  How can I get the toolbar back? The top menu bar, to be clear.

I don't think you can turn off the main menu.  I believe you can just move it around.

Near the top of the screen you should be able to right click on your mouse and see what is checked/unchecked. It might possibly just be unchecked under "Customize"

Behold my genius: I moved it off the screen somehow. You can't right click on what's not there.  Is there a configuration file or registry key I can clear out to reset the toolbar?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Invelos Software\DVD Profiler

LastWindowTop and LastWindowLeft should be the values of interest. Presumably setting both to zero should return your profiler window inside the screen. I haven't actually tested it, though.
