Just to clarify.

I have 13 films starring Terry Thomas, but his name is not listed when I perform a search in the browse cast option on my ipad. If anyone knows what is causing this problem please let me know.

I can browse and search for any other actor and get a listing of all of their films in my collection, but not for Terry Thomas ??? 

I've tried repairing the database. I've tried deleting all of his films and re-entering them. Both without any luck

However, if you open up one of his films, click Full Cast and then click his namn, you will see all of his films.

Hi GSyren, Thanks for the reply. I've been using the method you suggested to access a list of his films, but thanks for mentioning it. The problem is, I have to remember a film which he starred in before I can use that method to list all his other films.

I also did consider the hyphenated name causing the problem. But what seems to contradict this is that I can search successfully for Terry Thomas when I am editing a film profile using the desktop version of dvd profiler, and it successfully lists his name without the hyphen and also shows the number of his films in my collection next to his name?

So I'm still a bit puzzled about why he's missing from my ipad dvd profiler database when I use the browse cast option ? Also, none of the films I have use the hyphen in his name in the cast list. So I would have thought the browse cast should list his name among all the other actors in my database ?
