| Posted: | | | | Yesterday, I logged into the site, reset my login/password, got my registration key, download DVD profiler 3.9 and installed it. Today, I go to update to DVD Profiler 3.9 daily build, and get a message that I have a free account. I rechecked under my registrations, and it shows no licenses at all. I got my license code years ago, when it was under different management/ownership. Please help me figure out what has happened. I had a different email/password then, but I thought I transferred it correctly. I hope I bought a legitimate copy or have I been duped? I am a disabled person, who just loves to watch my movies, and keep a tally of what I own. I am a confused and anxious DVD collector . Signed, David M. P.S. I hope the moderators can see this/help me out |

| Posted: | | | | Try visiting the old site to retrieve your key. http://legacy.intervocative.com/Registration.aspx Then follow these instructions: Quote: First, create an account at invelos.com by selecting New Account at the top right. Then, visit the Registration page and select Update Key. Enter your old key to get a new key compatible with version 3 and above. | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |

| Posted: | | | | I did as you suggested. I went to that link, tried my login credentials for that legacy website, and then it gave me the option to resend an account login email, since I could not remember my old login details. When I clicked that link, it took me to the new Invelos (here) page, and showed me that I now had a registration code for DVD Profiler under My Registrations. I am thankful it is back, but since I did not get into the old site, nor change/upgrade my code, I am leery that my license will stay, permanently. Any thoughts? | | | "Why is it when you sit on a hot stove for two minutes, it seems like two hours. Yet, when you stare at a pretty girl for two hours, it seems like two minutes. | Posted: | | | | Once the registration got transcribed to Invelos the legacy-account at Intervocative is not required anymore to verify the validity of your license.
So as long as Invelos exists and you can remember your Login data there will be no problems. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I did not mean to make two profiles. Can they be merged or do I need the newest one deactivated? | | | "Why is it when you sit on a hot stove for two minutes, it seems like two hours.
