| Posted: | | | | I have many combo packs in my physical collection that are now BD only as I have sold the accompanying DVD. I want my DVDProfiler collection to accurately reflect my reality. How should I edit and remove discs so that 1. The child DVD is gone, 2. the parent BD item is no longer marked as being both BD and DVD, and 3. I don't corrupt anything with my having my changes contributed as being the way the title is for other DVDProfiler users who have that UPC in their collections? |

| Posted: | | | | 1. Are the DVDs a) just entries in the disc section of the profile? Or b) actual child profiles?
If a) remove the disc from the disc section and lock "Discs" If b) just remove the DVD profile from your collection altogether
2. Edit the profile and remove the DVD checkbox and then lock "Media Types"
3. You must not contribute any of it and you don't need to.
Contribution is so other users don't need to enter the data for themselves. But what you want to do is something personal, something that's only valid for you. So just lock it and keep it local. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

Just make sure that when contributing some other information for that profile that you don't check the boxes at "discs" and "media types". | | | Recently bought films:
