Greetings:
I was successful at signing in either with an IP (outside) or internal. I got test connection succeeded.
At three different times, I selected each storage method and different database name.
I got connection error in red.
I even tried to connect online with my username and password with no issues.
I am using Samsung Galaxy note 5.4 phablet with SD internal SD card.
I just got the OS updated a few days ago to the Jelly beans. It is the most current 4.1.2

Edit: Two days now, I have posted my issues as not been able to get 1.0 on my Galaxy note 1, to work, No replies received yet.

If this Profiler is not compatible, will I get a refund? The $ is not really the issue, I just want to get it to work.
I have installed and uninstalled more that 5 times. Using online to sync seems to end up in a loop, continues to display :sign in page:
I have made attempts to delete databases created. It just does not work.
I even tried to put a couple of BDs on the "Wish List", it still showed "0" . I tried this several times also. It is not accepting any info put on the device. I tried to use SD card. Internal storage at different times. All failed.
At least respond to my issues and let me know where  it stands..

Thanks.
George

I would suggest that you make sure that if you are running a software firewall that you make sure that the proper port is opened.

I was having all kinds of sync issues, and opening the default port in Nortons fixed the issue right up.

Greetings:
Thanks for your suggestion. When I load up Profiler, it show the default port and my 192 IP address. it will also show 0 connect.
I do not think it is the port. I use Norton 360 and I checked the port setting. Maybe there is a specific area in Norton I need to check, but it does not seem to be a port issue.
OTOH, this is a Samsung Galaxy note , the first phablet. I have had issues installing  apps on this. The revised note 2 does not have this issue.
Maybe an update from Ken may fix it.
I hope to upgrade November to Galaxy 3 or so when my contracts ends.
One thing I need to mention: The apps installs successfully, and connections are made. I also have an outside IP which I tested ok.
I tried the other day to add a few wish list, it says added, but it does not register on the SD card or phone. In other word, I get "0" contents.
