I have synced my iPad 4 with my PC and all 3 of the databases on the PC are now on my iPad 4.  I just purchased an iPod Touch 5G and when I synced it to my PC only the default database transferred.  These are both IOS devices...why would the syncing results differ?

Edit:  subject should say iPod Touch, not iPad Touch!

Final edit:  I finally figured out how to sync all 3 databases to the iPod Touch.  It had been a long time since I had set the iPad up!
