| Posted: | | | | I'm trying to add Zero Dark Thirty to my collection. The UPC code is not recognized when I enter it. I assume that this is because the movie was just released today, but I've been able to add other new release movies on release day. |

| Posted: | | | | If you don't feel like creating a whole profile for the UPC, try adding it to your wishlist then move it over to your owned when more details come in. Or do a title search for one under another locality and use that one in your collection until one in the US locality is available. |

| Posted: | | | | This film with the UPC 043396-423770 (US locality) has been contributed - it is currently being voted on so it isn't available yet.
Is this the version you own? | | | Last edited: by Kathy |

The content of the online database (which feeds the recognition of an UPC/EAN) is defined by contributions of its user community. Even a fresh, first contribition takes about a day to filter through. Additional changes to an existing profile take about a week (provided the change is approved). That said, the timing of the first contribution is not defined by the publisher's release date, but by the first one in our community to contribute the profile. If nobody wants to buy it, it could take some time (but I guess not for the movie concerned). As Kathy suggested, you may have been a bit too early. It also may be that you have some sort of special edition, of which the first contribution still has to be made. In that case, you can be the one to contribute that profile. There are plenty of threads in these fora to give you assistance on the 'how to'. | | | Eric
