I have currently 5 different databases on my PC split ito different collection such as Movies, TV Shows, Disney etc and I want to synch each of them to my IPad but when I try only 1 database will load and overwrites the last one no matter which one.
Is it possible to set up the 5 databases individually as on the PC?

Yes, Collection Categories seems the way to go.

Actually...it is possible to import all of your databases.  I have all three of my databases on both my iPad 4 & my iPod Touch 5G.  It's easy once you get the hang of it :-)
You need to have the database that you want to sync open on your PC.  Then in your IOS device tap on the Databases button on the bottom.  There will be a + symbol in the upper right-hand corner.  Tap that and follow the steps...it even recognized the name of the database that I wanted to import.  After it has been added as a database just update like usual.  You'll have to do these steps individually for each database.
