It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I have no need for these additional filters when adding a movie by Title, the Preview is sufficient.

When you want to add titles(to wishlist for purchase) having a specific subtitle previewing titles one-by-one is very time consuming.

Once upon a time you wrote "I'm looking for blu-ray movies from England that have Norwegian subtitles" - when you add by Title there aren't that many, on Blu-ray, from England.

Why not just select all the titles you are interested in, import them to a temporary collection, filter on audio and/or subtitles, delete unwanted profiles, move remaining profiles to your wishlist, done.

As a "Workaround" this may be a good suggestion.

But quite often I find myself looking worldwide for a certain title, one of the criteria (except for Region), is usually "German Subtitles" and/or "German Audio". Filtering directly in the selection screen would be much easier than the method you described.
