Every time I try to upload from my iPhone 4 to the online database the app just closes itself on the third task down (Scanning Collection). Any ideas?

Put my whole collection on my phone and would like to transfer to the computer. I also have the Windows version of DVD Profiler but every time I try to sync these my computer crashes.

Okay, let me make sure that I understand your setup. You have DVDP for Windows and that version currently has no profiles. You also have the iOS version which contains all of your profiles. You tried to sync iOS and Windows via WLAN but that crashes DVDP for Windows. You also tried to upload your database to the online collection unsuccessfully. Did I get everything right?

Yes, that is almost correct.

The one bit I didn't mention was that one of my attempts to sync via WLAN it transferred 165 profiles but I have lots more.

Okay, first I would delete the database on your PC and create a new empty database. (You might want to backup that database before deleting it.)
Next, restart your PC and completely close DVDP for iOS by removing it from the multitask bar and then restart your phone.
Then disable image syncing (Databases - Update [database name] - Options - More options).
Finally try to sync again.
