Only part of my collection is uploading from my iphone

I upload my collection from my iphone 4 to online so i can download on my iphone 5 but only part of the collection uploads, only about 250 of 350 titles upload successfully. I downloaded the 250 online collection on my iphone 5, but why wont my whole collection upload?
