I'm a newbie to Profiler, so bear with me.  I've just updated my ipad2 and iphone 4s with the latest versions of Profiler, the ones that allow syincing to online from one iOS device and than downloading from the other ios device.

I created my online account today.  I upload my iPhone collection (3 movies for testing) and it says it worked, but the phone shows zero movies on the online account.  When I download with my iPad, it says ok, but nothing downloads.  Makes sense, there's nothing there.

I created a new collection from scratch on my iPhone, accepted the default name, added a movie and uploaded, and once again, it says ok, but displays zeros for movies on the online data base.

Am I missing a trick to get the upload to work?

I forgot to mention that when I go online via my iMac and look at my collection, it doesn't exists there either.  So clearly I'm not uploading and I don't know why.

I used to have an windows pc to synchronise databses. I now wanted to switch to online so I can bury my pc and use iPad, iPhone and Imac. Still no entries online. My databse is a bit bigger than 3 ;-) so I'm terrified of losing it. How to sync through the onlive feature?

Same problem here.  My computer crashed hard about a year ago and while dealing with a replacement I switched to using the iPhone as my primary db location. I tried he sync feature as soon as the new version of the app came out.

I was unable to update the online database via eight my existing online user or via a brand new user. I have about 2500 movies in my database and would really love to get sync working! Ethan me know if there's any testing I can do to fix this.

Just tried uploading from my iphone 4S.  The App crashes during the login to invelos.  The App remains resident in memory but never completes the sign in.  I tried it 3 times.

Just tried to upload and it worked fine this time. Good to see that this could be fixed on the server side - so much easier than submitting an app update to Apple!

I'm still crashing on sign in.  Will send another log as soon as my phone syncs.

I'm curious if the reason for these problems are understood or are still under investigation?

Just tried it again and it worked.  Only problem was that there were extra movies online.  I tried uploading and it asked do I want t replace, I said yes, and it did.

I take it the upload and download to an iOS device is always a replace.  The source collection replaces the destination?

That works for me.

I don't know if any changes were made for iOS, but that is definitely the way it works for the PC version.
