| | Posted: | | | | I want to move the database to a NAS server running WHS 2011, when I enter the server name I can't connect to the data base if I use the IP address it works.
Can someone share what changes I need to make.

| | Posted: | | | | Most routers apply a dns suffix with their DHCP Server. Try using a fully qualified host name. My Fritz Box router is using fritz.box, so the full name would be NAS.fritz.box. Using full names worked here without problems for syncing with my PC.
