I'm not quite sure if this is correct in here as its not really in the desktop version, but anyway...

I really like to see a list of BYs already in the DB. As I see it, this should be a simple query and easily be implemented to the website (for example as a tool like CLT).

The basic idea behind this is, we could then look for BYs which are not needed, discuss them and give a report back to delete them completely from the DB and the list of approved BYs. So next time someone tries to bring them back into the DB, he has to prove he's right.
As a side effect, this will be also an easy way to see if a BY is already accepted.

I think this would be a great help to get rid of approved unneeded BYs

We could also report wrong BYs to get them changed in a single step. (For example: Billy West 1952->1950)
