I already had synced my iPhone with the new Version and it works.
Of course you will not see the new Features, before a new iOS version comes out.

You can sync with the current version.  Even better, the new data is indeed being synced and will show up with the installation of version 1.2, without having to sync again.

Great. Now all we need is 1.2. for the full DVDP experience. How about some hints about the new features while we wait ?

A question for the zombie

I've just synced DVDP 3.8.0 from the desktop (Win 7 Pro 64 bit) to my iPad & iPhone (both iOS 5.1.1), and both times a popup appeared on the desktop screen:

Cannot assign a TJPEGImage to a TPNGObject.

Clicking OK lets the sync continue, and it seems to have been successful.

So, does the message mean anything significant?
Chris

Hi James

DVD Profiler Mobile 1.3.0 is for Windows phones and is not compatible with Apple (IOS) devices. IOS version 1.1.3 is currently the latest available one for your iPod Touch although Ken has announced that Version 1.2 is currently in the works an hopefully will be available soon.

Hi guys

Have you tried doing a profile update from the desktop version and then a full database repair and then try to sync again and see if that helps

DVD Profiler is no different from other apps, it is all under the control of iTunes. When an update is available you should be notified by a badge icon on the iTunes app on your device and you would just update it as you would normally do.

No hints so far unless they were buried somewhere in the desktop beta testing forum.
