cannot exit dvd profiler

Dear users,
I'm unable to exit DVD Profiler 3.7 after running it. All the time I have to close the process in order to exit.
I reinstalled and it worked momentarily then again the same problem.
Any ideas.

You might want to ask that question in the Desktop Technical Support forum. This one is for the iOS version. And it can't hurt if you give as much information as possible. Without even the most basic information (e.g. your operating system), I doubt anybody will be able to give you useful answers.

They'll have to use the New Users forum as desktop support is locked down to registered users (have purchased a license and got the icon)
