Hi, i'm using DVD Profiler for a while now, and i'm pretty happy with it.
It has a lot of features which are really usefull and gives lot of infomations about an film...

But while adding some new DVDs to the software, i've got an idea for something new...

I don't know, if anybody there is a big gamer of computer games, but i am - and i have some troubles with the methods of the game industrie to publish their games and so.

for some games you have the Software "Steam", for some others you have "Origin" - in both applications are some games of the different publishers are listed.
And then you have some games, you have bought in the store on dvd or cd - and they aren't listed in these softwares.

now i have started to use dvd profiler to build a catalog from all of my computer games, using the "Box-Set" feature to add extension packages of one game and the notice section to archive some game-keys.

And this is the point of my request - is it possible, to build a similar function like adding a normal dvd or blue-ray disc just for games?
Maybe - with some special fields like Publisher, Studio / Developer, Cover, USK / PEGI, CD Key (this shouldn't be listed in the online sync) ??

DVD Profiler re-used for other purposes have been discussed MANY times in the past, but Invelos have kept the focus only on DVD/Movie medias.

Obviously you can fill in the information as you do now, but will miss those special fields.

Collectorz might have what you're looking for.

Alternatively, try this: http://www.numento.com/crbst_29_en.html

Personally, I think it's much more user-friendly than collectorz and also fully customisable.
