if we look back, there was one or more persons who played an influential role in our lives in one way or another. This person may have been a teacher, a best friend, a parent or sibling, or maybe even a stranger - someone who offered support when we felt helpless, encouragement when we were at our lowest, friendship when we felt alone, or love when we felt unloved or unworthy... TRUE!

Depending on what titles they are... if they are rated (or have the genre of) Adult... or if they are Unrated (if Region 1)... they will not show up there.

In last a couple of weeks the "Recent Purchases" on the right not update after I doing upload to your site...

First of all: make a backup of you collection (if not done already on a regular basis)

Second: delete the current online-collection by the following steps:
- File -> Open Database -> New Database, enter a name and afterwards double-click it to load the DB
- now upload this empty one to your online collection
- switch back to your default-db and upload this one.
Reason: if you upload your collection-list DVD Profiler knows which titles to upload, if something got wrong there he knows wrong and simply doesn't upload. The clean-up and do-over breaks this cycle.

Third: if this doesn't help, do a database-repair if not done already.
- Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair Profile Database and upload. Or if this doesn't help repeat "Second"
