FYI: It is generally accepted to include Booklets in the Other features field.

The Other Features field sometimes does not have enough room for complete and accurate data.

This feature request might solve that problem by eliminating this data from that section.

I like the idea of using a tick box and eliminating the need for this data in the Other Features section.

I generally agree with you that there are becoming fewer releases that feature Booklets or Inserts than there used to be.  However I will mention that there have been some recent Blu-ray releases that have featured the Chapter Index printed on the inside of the cover sheet, and can be viewed through the translucent blue plastic case. 

I started this request mostly to inform whether there is an extra booklet/insert/chapter index included in the package.  Sometimes when I buy a Used DVD/Bluray, I do not know if an booklet/insert was normally included or not when it was New.  From others who have entered the disc into the database, it would be helpful to know if an insert was to be originally included when it was New, so then I can be aware if the previous owner or store left it out or not.
