I've been in queue almost half a year waiting for support!?

I've had a support ticket for half a year now - without any response at all. It still says "in queue"...
Is this normal!?

Please, Invelos! Answer me. I've bought your PC program, I've bought your iPhone app. I think I've deserved some support!..

Have you checked to see if the app is opening the correct database? Since you originally stated your problem was identical to user cgroth with "No Entry Selected" after completing the update, It might be that the app either can't find the Default database or it's opening an empty one. Launch the iOS app and select "Databases" on the bottom of the screen. There it will show you what databases are available. Make sure the correct database is selected.
