When I print labels for new DVD's i often have the problem, I don't need a full sheet.
Next time I print some labels, I either have to use a new labelsheet or i have to print over enpty label-Areas until the printing reaches the Areas on the sheet still filled with labels.

Both costs money and isn't good for nature.

I would like a feature, that when printing a record, i could skip a number of rows on the sheet and
eg. start printing in the 4th row of a sheet.

So when i have e.g. a report for sheets with 5 labels each row, when i have some new DVD i would print my labels. Next time I could skip the first, now empty row on the sheet and start printing in the second row of labels...and so on

The simplest solution would be to select the profiles you need and print only these selected profiles...
And that's already possible.

Interesting problem ... my first workaround would be to create some manual profiles with as few info as possible and Sorttitle "000". Now just flag the appropriate number of profiles and the profile you want to print.

I don't think you unerstood the OP, he wants to start printing midway down the sheet of labels. (since the first few labels have already been used on the sheet).
