Updating a large collection

Has anyone encountered this problem when updating several dvds at the same time. I just scanned part of my collection about 200 DVDs but it seems to have a problem updating it to the computer. It connects, but when reading database it times out or something and it says retry, i have done it several times but it keeps coming out.

Are there any solutions to this problem, i still need to update the rest and i dont want to have to update every 20 dvds or something.

Never mind i think i found the problem, i need to purchase DVDP so i can add more than 50 DVDs to the collection. Will do so and see what happens.

You don't need to buy DVDP. You can have an unlimited collection with the free version. The limitation to 50 DVDs only limits your ability to use DVDP online.

Ohh okay, so how could i go about updating my collection from my phone to the computer which is all i care so that in case i need to update my phone i dont lose the collection in the process.?

Everytime it stopped me and it said retry i didnt notice to check on the laptop but once i did it said something like you reached the limit of 50 DVDs or something and must purchase the full version or something like that.

Please let me know if there is a way to send all my collection to my laptop without having to purchase the full version because in all honesty thats all i want, to have a back up. If not i will go ahead and buy it and get it over with. Thanks
