Encountered a new snag - I had started iOS device #2 after #1 had already passed the Reading Database. They both got to the Copying profiles section and both threw an error. The database on my iPhone was gone but my iPad's database remained intact. Upon syncing either device, I had a blank profile on the iOS device that sorted above all other items. Selecting it resulted in it displaying the same "root" folder with the blank item on top of all others. I had no such "blank" profile in the Desktop app. A DB repair did not fix.
Fortunately, I had made a backup a few hours earlier - restored that and all was well again. |

| | Posted: | | | | You can sync as many devices as you wish - just don't start the sync process on one device if another device is currently syncing. |
