Some bugs I had with the iOS 4.3 beta and now GM is resolved with this version (using the 2 kinds of search/filter froze the apps) but now the apps works like a charm. If I know it's coming, even if it's 3 or 4 versions away, I'll shut up about it. ;-) |

It will included sync online feature ? Ken rarely gives infos about ETA. (And IMHO for good reason... there were alot of flame postings the last time in the "DVD Profiler iOS: iOS Feature Requests"-area) |

(And IMHO for good reason... there were alot of flame postings the last time in the "DVD Profiler iOS: iOS Feature Requests"-area) Yeah, but he's not just catering to geeks who sign up for his forums any longer... now he has to appease the masses of iOS users who expect iPhone and iPod Touch Apps to "just work" and without online syncing, this one doesn't. I'm ok waiting, I get it, but I doubt many of his new customers will. If they haven't already, they'll likely migrate over to his iOS competitor that already has online sync. He can't expect non-tech savvy customers to stick around while he takes his time making it work correctly. This is a fail on Ken's part as a business man. Now, remember, I'm not attempting to chastise Ken--I love this product, and I WILL stick around no matter how long it takes to get the app updated, but I just wanted to point out that many will not, and for good reason. |
