When I enter a watched event on DVD Profiler iOS (Dec 17th, today), after sync with desktop version, the date listed in the desktop version is one day previously (Dec 16th).

When this happens, is this the only data that you are synching? (If you synch the database, then mark one disc as being watched, then resynch, does it still happen?)

Also what are your time and regional settings?

Any more information that folks can give would be appreciated. I am having trouble duplicating this one.

This was the only change I made before resyncing.

My time and regional settings are the "German (Germany)" standard ones, which are:
Time format: HH:mm:ss
Time delimiter: ":"
The other two entries are empty.

Date short format: TT.MM.JJJJ
Date long format: TTTT, T. MMMM JJJJ

I am using Win XP and first generation iPod touch synced with desktop via shared database.

I have the exact same problem: I enter a date and after syncing, each watched date entered through the app is pushed back one day exactly.

e.g.:
I enter december 18 as watched date on the app: all is well
I sync > date is changed to december 17 both in the app as well as the desktop software

When it happened, the data I changed was the watched date as well as personal review for one profile. Afterwards, I could duplicate the error with another profile where I just entered the watch date.

Desktop:
DVDP 3.7.1 build 1430 (latest beta)
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

My regional settings:
Format: Dutch (Belgium)

Short date: d/MM/yyyy
Long date: dddd d MMMM yyyy
Short Time: H:mm
Long Time: H:mm:ss
First day of the week: Moday

Location: Belgium

For the record, Belgium, like Germany, is in zone UTC+1

Give a yell if you need more info and thanks for looking into it! It's one of the more nasty bugs as it hampers one of the main features of the app (namely putting Watched dates on the fly without using the desktop)

Thanks!

this is the second most important of the iOS version for me, the most important on the iPad. Very happy you could fix it so quickly.
