Probably this is already possible and I'm just to blind to find.

What I'd like to see in one of the next versions (if it isn't possible already) is the option to hide the basic categories (All / Owned / Wishlist / Ordered).
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Select Tools->Edit Collection Categories. At the bottom left are the options you seek.

+1.  It is the category I only enter by accident and would love to hide it.

As I said: Too Blind

... and is there any way to move my custom categories to the first two tabs?

Not standard, but you could create duplicates of the default categories (Owned, Ordered, and Wishlist) as custom categories, move the entries from the default to the mirrored custom, and then hide the default. Other thna the "All" category, you would then have free reign to move any of them anywhere.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.
