The first thing that pops in my mind is...

1. Create an additional database...

File -->Open Database-->New Database

2.  Go to the database you just created and click OK

That should bring you to an empty database.

3. Upload empty Database

4. Once done load original database again

File -->Open Database

There may be an easier way someone else could tell you... that I don't know.

Not a straight answer to your question, but if your goal is to make your collection not viewable online, there's a setting for that:

1. In the menu above (here on the website) hover over "my profiler" and then click on "Online Collection Setting"
2. Under "Visibility" select "Private"
3. Click the "Submit" button

That's it. Now your online collection cannot be viewed by anyone but yourself.

If you truly do want it blank, the only way I am aware of is what Addicted2DVD posted above.

Dolly's not alone. You can also clone profiles.
You've got questions? You've got answers? Take the DVD Profiler Wiki for a spin.

I'd prefer Astrakan's solution.

The online collection is always good as (almost) fail-safe backup.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I am thinking my online database my be corrupt? So I want to up a new one. Somethings are missing on the online database and the My Movie Rack app for iPhone uses the database for the phone/itouch leaving it a mess too.

I have DVD Profiler and DVD Profiler Mobile for my PPC. I really need to get this on my Droid X phone.

How do I export to csv file for My Collections?

It may be your adult settings... the new "Unrated" rating is set just as high as adult so they don't show up like adult titles in the online unless you set them to. Just go to...

Online Collection Settings

And be sure Adult Titles are checked under both "Show in Public Listing" as well as "Show in Private Listings"

Do you have any tabs that you created?  If so they need to be set to be viewed online.  That is done in the gui.  I did it once, but would have to look it up again.

This is actually from DJ Doena, aka Karsten

Try the following: Create a new, empty database. Upload this empty database to both the Mobile and the Online, effectively erasing them.

Make sure they are empty.

Then you create a backup of your old database and restore it into the new one. BUT do not do a full restore but a profile specific. Check if there are any "empty" profiles in the restore list.

Afterwards check your Offline settings under Tools->Options->Parental
Then you transfer to the Mobile from your new DB. Check the parental settings in the transfer screen and on your actual Mobile.
Then check your Online settings here.
Upload your collection from your new DB.

And always keep in mind that the entire issue has gotten complicated since the "Count As" was introduced. Before 3.6 it was the number of the profiles you had. Now it's the added number of all the Count As'ses.

Make sure to follow Karsten's instructions step by step, it worked for me. Good Luck.
