When viewed locally, all my movies are showing. When I view the collection via the online link assigned to me, not all of my movies are showing.  I have the adult titles option checked, but that didn't solve the problem.  Any ideas?

It may be your online settings for adult profiles. If I remember correctly this effects more then porn titles for some.

Check your settings HERE

Did you you check the adult options in the software AND on the website? ("My Profiler" -> "Online Collection Settings")

Visibility is set to public. All options checked under "Show in public listings."  Are there other options that I am missing?

Locally, I clicked on "tools" then "options" then "parental control" and set content rating to none.  Is that correct?

You should also check if "Allow adult titles" is selected and "Hide adult titles in online listing" is unchecked.

After that you should re-upload your collection, close your browser (or force a clearing of the browser cache) and try it again. Now all titles should be visible.

I have Content Rating set to none and Adult Genre ticked.

As far as I was aware this should only block titles that have "Adult" in the genre. However it also blocks a lot of titles that don't have Adult in the genre.

Anyone know why this is or how I can only block titles with an Adult genre ?

Unofrtunately that's not how it works for the online at least. All titles that have a high rating are blocked if you select to hide adult titles. For example, here in the UK any DVDs that are rated as 18 (like Fight Club, Alien, Halloween etc.) are classed as adult titles and hidden from view.

Personally I have found it a lot easier to allow adult titles, and use the new system in 3.6 that allows you to hide individual titles than rely on the built-in filter.

DVDProfiler handles "Adult" somewhat different from what most might expect.
For DVDProfiler "Adult" = all ratings that mean "suitable only for people over 18"
Hiding only real adult titles is only possible on a "per profile"-basis at the moment.
For doing so highlight the profile in your collection window and press "CTRL + P" in the upper right third of the now opening window you'll find "exclusions". Here you can configure where this specific profile can be seen and where not.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
