I Googled them and found nothing and he's not even on IMDb.
Would it just be Rui/Jorge Teixeira Da Costa/Reis? |

You could also do
Rui/Jorge Teixeira/ Da Costa Reis

Even with specific info relative Portugese names in general, does not mean that it would apply to any given individual. I would never make that kind of an assumption, but info from the actor or his agent would be of significant value.
