Does ADR editor equate to a Dubbing editor and tracked as Sound editor, as per new crew?

Nope, ADR would be when additional dialogue is recorded in the studio by actors, or voice actors.

With it stating ADR meaning Additional Dialogue Replacement (Looping)? No.

I wound say it depends on the context.  It can mean that but not always.  I've seen ADR used in reference to dubbing but I've also seen it used in reference to just additional voices and backgrounds and so on.  Because of the inconsistency I normally leave all ADR entries out.

I agree, the answer is no.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
