It sounds like you are just going to the generic paypal payment page. Also keep in mind, your paypal payment options differ according to your country and your bank.

In this situation I would give them the advice: use your passion and creativity to generate the solution to your problem. We can't solve it for you. Als je een paypal account hebt, is het mogelijk om betaling te verrichten ZONDER creditcard. Je kan je bank- of girorekening daar voor gebruiken. Open een account (Paypal is ook beschikbaar in het Nederlands) Voeg je bank- of girorekening toe Je krijgt het verzoek om je bankrekening te bevestigen. Als het goed is storten ze twee keer een klein bedrag (1 of 2 cent). Deze stap is vrij makkelijk. Als je account werkt, dan kan je opnieuw hier een account openen.
