Don't know if this bothers anyone else, but the fact that TV-MA is considered an Adult rating bothers me.  Right now it seems the program treats TV-MA as the equivalent of Adult, while in reality it is the equivalent of R.  After all "A TV-MA rating means the program may be unsuitable for those below 17."

In other words, currently the ratings list from low to high:
NR * G * PG * TV-PG * PG-13 * TV-14 * R * NC-17 * Adult * TV-MA

They should instead be ordered:
NR * G * PG * TV-PG * PG-13 * TV-14 * R * TV-MA * NC-17 * Adult

It's a small bother, but it irritates me every time I look at that graph.

I would also like to see NR broken up between Film NR and Television NR, but that's not as much an irritant as the TV-MA thing.

Doesn't bother me, but I see no reason it shouldn't display correctly.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Apparently something must have altered between now and last December, because the order is still the same graph-wise and we have 3.6 public.  TV-MA still displays at the end of the graph, after Adult, when it should list between R and NC-17.

Sigh.

DVD Profiler considers TV-MA an 18+ rating and NC-17 a 17+, I believe. In practice, TV-MA seems to usually be the same as R, though.

Also - just discovered today, that if you sort your collection by rating it goes in this order:

Lowest -> Highest
Film NR -> TV NR -> Film G -> TV G -> TV Y7 -> Film PG -> TV PG -> Film PG-13 -> TV 14 -> Film R -> Film NC-17 -> Adult -> TV MA

Shouldn't Adult be the highest rating?  I mean, really?  TV-MA is a higher rating than prawn?

At least it should slide between NC-17 and Adult.  I'm just saying.
