When you have a "Keep" style case with a Slip Cover that holds multi disc's, what case type and scans should the child profiles have.

1] Keep Case, Slip Cover = Scans of the Slip Cover
2] Keep Case only = Scans of the Slip Cover
3] Keep Case only = scans of the Keep Case insert

I think the rules are clear on this...if the films are individually packaged, we use the cover images from that packaging.  If they aren't, we use the same cover image as the parent.  If it is a Slip, we use the slip.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

I guess I missed that thread, but I am not sure where they are getting that standard from as I don't see any provision for it in the rules.

I must agree with the martian...

I was always under the impression, that if the child profiles were per se, in a thin pack with there own cover art on the thin pack, slid into a slip cover, then (Example Bourne trilogy box set)

the parent gets the scan of the slip cover
the children get the thin pack scans.

same way if slip cover with individual keep cases. (example x-men trilogy boxset)

If it was a keep case with multi disc's or a flipper disc, packaged inside of a slip cover, then the parent and the children would all get the scan of the slipcover (there is no individual cover art for the children) (example Clint Eastwood American Icon Collection)

If it was a keep case without a slip cover with multi disc's or a flipper, then Parent and children would get keep case scan (example Arthur/Arthur 2 double feature)

This is how I read the rules, and until otherwise told will continue...

I think it depends whether those multiple disc are packaged in several keep cases surrounded with a single slip case or if they are packaged in a single multi disc keep case with a slip cover. What are we talking about in this thread?

Thread Title>> Single Case Box Set

Ignore the actual set just using these as an example

If this is an example, then the cover scan(s) would be of the slip cover, including the children.  There is no individual packaging of the children, therefore no separate art work.

Me too
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
