Hi everybody,
i just got the german TV-Movie "Die Jahrhundertlawine" on DVD with EAN
4009750201138
but this EAN allready exists for "Wiedersehen mit Brideshead" and by checking out the Backside of Cover this Entry is also correct.

As soon as i have all Information for my Contribution correct entered i'll turn it in under Disc-ID.
But how can this happen?

Here is an annoying variation of this problem...

I just bought the new blu-ray release of "L'année derniere à Marienbad" (joint release for Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets). The back cover has the misprint of UPC 5-050582-731477, which infact belongs to "Le Mepris" BD-release in same series and same release day.

Of course I can't add my purchase to the online database with this UPC, and I don't have BD drive to get the Disc ID.

BUT, the plastic wrapping had a sticker over the printed UPC of back cover. The hand written sticker says 5-050582-731484, which in all likelihood is the UPC that should have been printed on cover. When I checked a Finnish DVD-site, they list (albeit without cover scans) this release there also with this sticker UPC.

I can't find any official page of Universal Pictures Nordic (the distributor) where I could confirm this, but sounds clear, right? I suppose I can contribute this with the sticker's UPC even if that is different from the printed back cover and the only supporting info is that hand written sticker + above web page?

Any opinions?
