Add a DVD buy shooting the barcode + get info by shooting the cover |

Something that will convince me to pay again for the mobile version is that you can add new title directly with the windows mobile device.
But the more great stuff you can do it's that the program recognize the bar-code by shooting it with the camera (some programs can already read bar-code so why don't you include it in pocket DVD profiler)
And why don't we get a cover recognizing of the title already in our DB, like you show the dvd cover to your mobile device and it'll show you the file corresponding to the movie. |

As for the barcode request, depending on your device maybe you could download an app that recognises the number of a barcode by looking at the image then throws that number at dvdpro?? |

Are you sure we can add new title directly form the mobile version ? I try all option in the last version of the soft and didn't found anything. Then I check the website and there is absolutly no mention of the capability of adding new title form the mobile. So where did I miss something ? I would be happy if you're right so explain it to me how to do this. |

| | Posted: | | | | Eluc: You can use search (by name/upc) to find a disc and then add it to your collection.
However, for this to work, the disc already needs to be in the online database and the list of upcoming releases needs to be synced to your device. Full details for that disc will then be downloaded upon your next sync.
Adding completly new discs and filling out the details is currently not possible.

| | Posted: | | | | Actually i have to correct myself....you can add any release you want. If the disc is not in the online database and/or the release-listing is not synced to the device you can search for the upc, add it, and enter the title. After syncing, you can add the details on your pc.
