I've got a question and need some help. I am building a website on my own webspace. I would like to include a section for my dvd and blu-ray collection.
The layout that is used by the online dvdprofiler looks fine and works great. Click on a title on the left and have the info on the right. I have no idea how to build something like that and it's a lot of work, since I have a collection over 1300 titles.
Is there a way to copy the info from my online profile list to my own website. There are programs available where you can display your collection as an HTML file and copy that info straight to your webspace. Is that available in dvdprofiler? I have tried several options, like displaying the HTML from my profiler in Firefox and copying that to my site, but all I get is an error. Something to do with the layout I guess, since the error says it has something to do with the plumpeach layout.

I hope someone can help me, because I don't like only adding a link to the webspace to my online collection.

As an alternative, but this requires you to purchase another licensed software, is to use MovieCollector from www.collectorz.com.

You can export your collection from DVD Profiler to XML. You can import the XML in MovieCollector. Moviecollector has an export to HTML which produces a fully functional website. They have some basic default templates, but there are several user created templates available here.

Personally I use the Frames version of Aqua 6.1
