You said you had the free registration? well there is no registration for a free any longer. Even if you had the paid registration you couldn't download your collection from Invelos site since it does not exist on this site at all.

The way it works now is you don't need any registration to use the free version. But you are also limited to what features you can use after you have added 50 dvds Here is the link to show you.

For what it is worth... in my opinion it is worth every cent to upgrade to the paid membership!

EDIT:
If you have an old back-up you can use that to get most your collection back into profiler. Back-ups from the previous version still works even though the program will have to convert it to the new version when you do put it in.

Every user I've seen that hem-n-hawed at the price for DVDP 3.5 retracted everything they said once they made the purchase - they simply loved it.

As everyone has said, you won't regret getting the paid version.

If you do not have an old backup, you can install the old version 2.4.0 of the software (download if from here) and after you have it installed you can download your old collection if it still is showing up online, I think. I just tested, and the old version still accesses the old online. Of course, you still need your username and password to be able to d/l your collection. Once you have it downloaded into v2.4, you can create a backup then import the backup into the new version. Both versions can exist on your computer at the same time with no problems, so don't delete the old version until your successfully get you db imported into 3.5.

Hope that helps.
