Is there a way to set up numbering to include a custom format. I would like to number my box sets for example B001, B002 etc. Currently I don't number my box sets. I welcome any and all ideas. |

I have my collection sorted by film title, but have it so all of my High Def discs (Blu-ray & HD DVD) are first. You may be able to do something similar with your boxsets, by personalizing the title. For example, I have added a " (HD)" - no quotes, before the film title of all my Blu-ray & HD DVD. When I sort by title, this places all of my High Def discs at the top of my list and then sorts all of my DVDs separately, following the last Blu-ray or HD DVD title. If you take a look at my collection, you'll see that, currently, numbers 1 through 296 are Blu-ray & HD DVD. The DVDs start with number 297. For example one my personalized high def titles looks like this: (HD) Your Movie of ChoiceMaybe you can substitute "(Boxset)" instead so if you are sorting by title, your boxsets will be grouped together?
