Im currently adding cast for Napoleon Dynamite.
I came across the name Brian Davis which I previously had in another profile (Karate Kid).
These are not the same person, apparently its a common name as IMDb as a ton of them.
Where would I go to find the birth year for either one of these so I can tell them apart and not have them both incorrectly credited (as I expect 100% of everyone that has Napoleon Dynamite and Karate Kid does) ?

I apologize if this is not the designated post for this.

There is no single place that you can go and find the proper BY.  We do have a BY thread pinned at the top of this forum.  Maybe if you look at a few of those you might get an idea where to look.  Other than that, any search engine is your friend.

I haven't been able to find a birth year for either Brian Davis - unfortunately, that is the case most of the times we need birth years. What you can to to keep them separated in your local database is using "fake" birth years, like "1001", "1002", or "9999" or something like that. The good thing about using these fake birth years is that there's no risk of them being accidentally uploaded to the online database, as the system will present you with a checkbox asking you whether to include the birth year in your contribution. So if you don't check that box, you can still submit the profile without any negative side-effects.
