Uploaded profile Approved, but online DVD profile has not been updated |

UPC 7-046685-003816
Contribution number [7046685003816.12]
Both cover scans and profile updates were Approved Feb 4 2009 10:52AM
When l looked at the online collection profile today the only thing that was updated were the cover scans.All new info for cast/crew/studio/subtitles and audio tracks have not been updated.
Anyone here who can help me? |

| | Posted: | | | | The changes won't show up until it has been released, but 6 days does seem like a long time between accepted and released. There might have been a glitch in the system somewhere. You could uploading the changes again.

If it doesn't correct itself after a couple days (don't think it ever has) i resubmit with the pertinent original notes. | | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

| | Posted: | | | | You can check the all pending updates and see if it's still there, or says "approved" or "released". If it says released and the changes aren't showing.
Also, your online collection may be showing old data, have you re-uploaded your collection since this was changed? The changes on my local never show online until I upload again.
I've noticed this as I've customized some of my profiles locally, and all the changes except for the different covers show up in my online collection, only after uploading. |

All I had to do was re-uploading my collection,so thanks bigdaddyhorse.It seems like I have forgot all my knowledge about DVD profiler,I`m a noob again  And thanks ThUnicus69 for the welcome I got. It`s been quite a while since I`ve roamed the forum belonging to DVD profiler,I did visit "old" forum under another username when the first company owned DVD profiler.Anhow I knew I would get help from the stellar users that vistit this forum. |

I often forget that the online collection doesn't automatically get updated when the main database is. Then I remember that the only real common elements between my online collection and the main database are the images. Everthing else, now, is what I have manually uploaded. Anyone here who can help me? The data of your online collection only gets updated if you upload you collection data again (this goes except for pics). This was probably established because that way noncontributable DVDs could still show up in your collection. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
