| | Posted: | | | | I'm going through an anime profile at the moment, and it lists character design. This is a common enough credit in animated films. Who else thinks that the "Creature Design" should be expanded (my preference) OR that character design should be added in its own right so that this can be tracked? Character design heavily influences the look of an animated film.

I'd say functional equivalent roles should be allowed by the rules. IMO creature design and character design is close enough to be functional equivalent. |

Would/should we only include the "primary" Character Designer and/or those for specific characters? Or include all of them? |

| | Posted: | | | | I agree with Pete and Unicus and Martin. Shoehorning Character Design into Creature Design is not what we should be doing. We already slam a lot of people into Costume Designer who arguably should not be there. The only way to properly track this would be Custom or get Ken to add another tickbox for Character Design. | | | | Kevin |
