| | Posted: | | | | No opinion. I suppose it is possible that this could conceivably be as inconsistent as everything else hollywood does. So one film MIGHT say Sci-Fi and the next Sci-fi.<shrugs>.

Opinions... ? The general rule of thumb, for abbreviated words, is this...if the original word was capitalized, then the first letter of its abbreviation should retain the capital. So, if the words were written out in the rating detail, would you capitalize them?
