This is the same problem I had HERE... and I couldn't get anything to work until opened a support ticket with Invelos.

What it turned out to be for me is the genre ID assigned for some of the profiles is corrupted. Ken had me create a small handful of custom genre (I did 7 of them).  And then (without adding anything to these custom genres) filter on the new custom genres... and see if there was any profiles for them automatically. It turned out I had 3 currupt genre ids as that told me...

#1 = No Profiles
#2 = No Profiles
#3 = 7 profiles
#4 = 56 Profiles!
#5 = No Profiles
#6 = 13 Profiles
#7 = 0 Profiles

The ones with profiles had corrupt genre ids...  Now without removing the new custom genres go to  the Edit Custom Genres window and delete those new custom genres you made.  You should receive messages that they are assigned. just click ok (or delete anyway) and this will get rid of the corrupt genre ids and let you upload your collection.

Only problem is after doing this I still have a bit of a problem. Even though it is working the process will hang on the second progress line... and you will have to click cancel to stop it. Unfortunately the online only gets some of the info... and you have to do it again. but usually after 2 or 3 tries it should upload correctly. I don't know what the cause of this is... but would love to see it fixed before too long.
Pete
