Didn't try it lately, but if I recall correctly it's the combination of "Shift + Return" (as in some M$-Office applications).

And there really is no such thing as a dumb question, there's only one question that's better not asked (again), this is concerning our beloved DVDProfiler and it's abilities to profile CDs, PC-Games, or any other collectible.
So as long as you keep away from this question, you'll always find someone to give you an (more or less helpful) answer.

Edit: Oh, wait.  Are you talking about how they look when you click the title in your list of contributed profiles?  You can't.  It always displays that way.

Sorry for the confusing post.  Unicus nailed it, but here's what I was trying to explain:

meanwhile, the contribution notes from others look like this:





As a test, I submitted this contribution a second time so as to see how the notes from my original contribution would appear.  This (below) is the look I was going for.
