| Posted: | | | | there is a box before the title of movie which I would like to use as a list of movies that I have watched. I can tick these at moment but the database doesn't seem to save the ticks. Is there an easy way to enable and save this? Hopefully I have explained myself well enough |

| Posted: | | | | Just right-click on the profile in the profile-list and select "watched by". Then the first time you are doing it you have to go to "edit users" and enter your name to create a user profile for the "watched"-list. | | | Last edited: by SpaceFreakMicha |

| Posted: | | | | additionally, the 'box' you are referring to sounds like the flag indicator. You can save flag sets if you want but it does not save automatically. Flags can be used for a variety of things, selecting profiles to show on a report, making the same change across profiles (this is limited to which fields you can change), and selecting titles for the trading poster output to name a few.
if you want a 'marker' that is more permanent, and doesn't require saving/loading a flag set you should look into tags (there are plenty of posts that go over various uses and how to use these).
additionally, as SpaceFreak mentioned, you can actually store watched by info for profiles and can sort (and i believe filter) by this data, You can also add the watched by (person and date i believe, definitely date) column to the displayed columns in your collection list

| Posted: | | | | Only LAST WATCHED BY / ON. If you want a full list of all the watch activity you can only call the history screen for that. No possible way to show it in a window or elsewhere. I opened a new topic on that. | | | My DVD's
