How can I add another edition under general info?

I would like to add Full Screen and Blockbuster Exclusive in the Basic Information in the Edition section.

You cannot add new entries to be defaults in the drop down list as those are programatically controlled in the software.  But it is an open field so you do not have to use what's in the drop down box.  You can type in there whatever you want.

If you plan on submitting your changes, be sure that it follows the Rules.  If you're just making the changes to your local database, then knock yourself out and use any Edition you want.

I have a 46" HD I don't care about the side stuff, just fill the screen.

46 in screen must be 16 x 9 (1:78.1) ,, you should have bought a 40 inch tube TV with 4:3 , the full screen videos will fill the screen quite nicely.. without using  zoom and having to squash images horizontaly..

All HD screens are widescreen - so you should have got the correct format dvd for the TV - which of course should be widescreen.

Hopefully you can take it back and get it exchanged.
