This time on "The Cell," UPC number 794043-515026. Skip is the only one voting no out of 53 votes. The reason is due to a credit change to as credited ("Woman In Tub" to "Woman in Tub"), as per the rules: "with...roles listed exactly as they are in the credits". Skip is voting no, against the rules, with the reason, "Standard Cap Rules apply to Woman in Tub". | | | | 99.9% of all cat plans consist only of "Step 1." |
