Okay, I'm adding child profiles to my box sets and came upon 012569731028 . Which is The NeverEnding Story/The NeverEnding Story II: The Next Chapter on a two sided disc, one movie per side.  There are already child profiles created.  The title as it stands for the main profile (the box set only one) is The Neverending Story/The Neverending Story II: Family Double Feature.  However, if you look at the cover, Family Double Feature is in large letters over two pictures of the original titles' covers with their titles on them.

Shouldn't this box set actually be called: 'Family Double Feature', then?  Then each individual child profile would have the name of its corresponding movie title?

I know this would move the box set away from the "n"s in sorting (I'd personally keep the sort title as NeverEnding Story)...At the least, shouldn't it be: Family Double Feature: The NeverEnding Story/The NeverEnding Story II The Next Chapter ?

Thanks for the input...

Actually it's currently in there with the title "The Neverending Story/ The Neverending Story II" and the Edition is set as "Family Double Feature".  So when viewing it, it appears the title is "The Neverending Story/ The Neverending Story II: Family Double Feature" but that's because Profiler strings them together.

Which is how I think most people would do it so it's probably best to leave it alone.

About the only thing I would change regarding the title is the space after the slash.  I know the discussion's have gone back and forth over whether to use spaces or not, but atleast do it one way or the other.  So either "Story/The" or "Story / The", doesn't really matter, but atleast make it consistent on both sides of the slash.

I had already changed it in my profile so I grabbed it from the online...I'm okay with leaving it...or doing the small change with the slash, like I said, I'm going to leave my sort title as that.  Anyone else want to chime in?

One more question for everybody.  For one of the child profiles for this, The NeverEnding Story II: The  Next Chapter, in the feature menu there is a cast/crew list for this.  I had the production notes/bio box checked, but another user is saying that it shouldn't be in this instance because it's not notes and not a bio.

The rules say: "Production Notes/Bios Textual Notes about the Film Production
Cast, Crew and/or Character Biographies/Filmographies" and I am looking at the bolded (which I added) part.

What is everyone else's opinion?  It is just a cast list with some of the crew as well.  If it comes down to it, I'll put it in other features, but I wanted to hear what other people thought.

Thanks!

The way I read this... it has to be "Cast, Crew and/or Character Biographies/Filmographies"... if there is no biography or filmography for the listed cast/crew it don't belong in the Production Notes/Bios feature.

This is what Lori is referring to under Special Features>Cast & Crew. It is nothing more than a cast list and IMO does not justify ticking Production Notes/Bios.

Agreed ! I wouldn't tick "Production Notes/Bios" for a simple cast/crew list, either.

right... as long as they are not selectable to give more info on any of the cast or crew it shouldn't be checked.

Which they are not. Otherwise that would be a whole different ballgame.

I read it the other way, but I'm totally willing to go with majority rules.  Other Features it is.
