I have a premium copy of the old version, but have lost my key. Also I see that the accounts on the new web site are different to the accounts on the old web site, so I cannot log in using my old details and get my key old details and update it. Also there is no contact available without the premium support (which I have paid for but cannot access) so I am in a catch 22 situation.

I do have the Paypal receipt available (date 30/3/06) for proof of purchase all I need is to know who to send it to....

Thanks,

Gareth Evans

Have you tried logging in to the old web site and getting your reg details from there? (and then updating the key on this site to get a new v3 key)

Have you looked in your copy of dvd profiler for the reg details stored within the program?

[UPDATE - Skips link he gave is here]

You can also PM me or Ken with your information. I have looked up quite a few of these over the last few days. I am sure we can get to the bottom of it. Nice to have you over here, let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

The information from the Paypal receipt should be enough.

Hi I forgot to mention that I HAD already done a search and tried the method suggested However, the site was down and I got no response from any of the links - honest! Also a clean install of Vista put paid to looking up the old key, I backed up the profile, but didn't get they key....
However, typically enough I have just tried again and the site is back  so I have retrieved the old key and swapped it for the new one and all is well again.....

Thanks all

Gareth
